I have been with Mortgage Magic since day April 1, 1990 I was the first employee.I started my career in processing and worked in wholesale for a few years. That experience helped me learn the in’s and outs of the mortgage world. From how to take a loan application and present it to the lenders for a fast and easy approval and becoming an expert in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines. I have packaged over thousands of loans in my career as a processor which I feel as equipped me to better help my clients. I am able to anticipate what items the lender might ask for and any problems appearing on the horizon. I love to help clients achieve their financial dreams as smoothly and effortlessly for them as possible.
